For customers and parents
- Vehicle owners are verified before they appear as verified chauffeurs.
- The owner stays with the car and drives the booking.
- Every request creates a booking record with a reference.
- Payment is requested only after the owner accepts, then verified server-side.
- Driver identity is checked by Phumudzo operations.
- Support stays available throughout the booking.
For vehicle owners
- Customers complete identity verification. You see verified status, not ID files.
- Pickup, venue and drop-off are mapped and reviewed when needed.
- A one-time pickup code confirms you have the right passenger.
- No anonymous cash bookings through the platform.
- Destination changes after you accept must be reviewed - they are not silent.
- Trip check-ins and SOS alert operations. Browser location is optional and only while a trip is active.
