Customer cancellation
Customer cancellation terms depend on timing before the event. Late cancellations may not qualify for full refunds. Platform or admin fees may be non-refundable where stated.
Owner cancellation
If an owner cancels, Phumudzo will attempt to arrange a replacement vehicle. If none is available, refund rules apply.
Weather and postponement
Weather-related changes and event postponements will be handled case by case with clear communication between customer, owner and Phumudzo admin.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed manually in the MVP. Refund timing depends on payment provider and review outcome.
